Challenges & Confidence

A mortal with faith and principles who believes in the "language of kindness" and the "culture of respect".

When we doubt ourself and find ourself as incapable to deal with the challenges of life, we manage to leave the positivity and immerse ourself into the negativity. Primarily, the negativity enters our life when we lose our self-confidence. Does this not happen? Self-confidence is the carrier of positivity, but what is the meaning of this self-confidence?

When we begin to believe that the challenges of life make us weak, we tend to doubt ourself and instead of facing our challenges, we try to find the escape routes for them. Is this not correct? However, when we realize that facing our challenges only make us stronger, just as the exercises increase the physical strength of a body, with each challenge our self-confidence rises further. Therefore, self-confidence is nothing but a state of mind and a perception of life towards our capability. And is our perception of life not in our control?

What do you think about it?

PS. Interpretation based on the principles of Bhagavad Gita and my life experiences.

"We only have the right to our work and not to its results. Therefore, it is neither advisable to give up our work nor to expect any results for the same." - Bhagavad Gita
