PETA India

I feel peaceful in sending my small contributions as per my capability to PETA India and thank everyone involved in this noble cause.

The PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) India is a not-for-profit and non-governmental run organization in India which operates under the principle that animals are not ours to experiment on, eat, wear, use for entertainment or abuse in any other way. PETA India also educates the policymakers and the public about animal abuse and promotes an understanding of animal rights and to treat them with respect. PETA India focuses primarily on the areas in which the greatest numbers of animals suffer the most: in laboratories, in the food industry, in the leather trade, and in the entertainment business. PETA India’s investigations, public education efforts, research, animal rescues, legislative work, special events, celebrity involvement, and national media coverage has resulted in countless improvements to the quality of life for animals and has saved countless animal lives.

All donations made to PETA India are eligible for 50% tax exemption under section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
